A PASSION FOR JUSTICE: We believe that the law and attorneys in general—should always work in your best interest. We know there is a "better way" to practice law, and we really want to help people during a difficult time.

THE EXPERIENCE TO WIN: Together, our attorneys have more than 40 years of courtroom experience representing injured people and families seeking settlements. All of our senior attorneys are board certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. In addition, Dan Deuterman has spent more than five years on the "other side" representing insurance companies and employers in cases against injured people. This experience gives us a valuable competitive edge in the courtroom.

HOW WE WORK: Each client is assigned to an attorney and a paralegal. And while you may be assigned to one of our attorneys, you'll actually have a team of attorneys working together on your case.

You'll talk directly to your attorney when necessary, and our paralegals keep an open pipeline of communication with their clients, touching base every week, even if it's only to say hello. If you call us, you'll hear back within 24 hours. We'll stay in touch with you by email, as well as by phone and fax. We'll even come to your home or hospital if you are disabled or have limitations that prevent you from visiting our office.
